These can be single or two storey and you may require planning permission if you fall outside the exemptions as set out by the Planning Authority. Either way we can assist you. The extension would be fully finished and including the kitchen if necessary.
Your extension may be contemporary in design or may form part of a protected structure, whereby the services of a conservation Architect may be required. We work closely with fully accredited conservation Architects.
This is an ideal way to add an extra room to your dwelling, whether it be a study or leisure room. If being used as a bedroom, planning permission is required. Care should be taken to ensure properly sized steel beams are used and correctly fitted.
Attic conversions can be a beautiful addition to a dwelling but care must be taken to ensure that all planning authority permissions have been sought and that the conversion is sympathetic to the existing dwelling.
